What are your hours of operation?

 

Ocean Pest Consultants is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays we are open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and we are closed on Sundays. However, during Holidays our hours of operation may vary depending on the Holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.).

There are ways for you to get rid of unwanted pests by yourself, such as trapping mice and spraying ants with insect repellent spray. However, some of the DIY ways of pest control can be dangerous to your health or to your home. We advise you to be careful and do your research if you want to do things yourself, but we would suggest letting the professionals do the work because we make sure that the pests will stay gone after we treat your home or business.  

 

Are your exterminators licensed, bonded, and insured?

 

Yes, Ocean Pest Consultants is licensed, bonded, and insured. All companies that do business in the state of New Jersey should be licensed, bonded, and insured and if they are not then they should be reported.

 

How do you decide what treatments are needed?

 

Treatments are decided based on what you tell us what issues you are having at your home or business. From there, we will usually give you a quote based on the problems you list and then we will make the house call to decide further on if those treatments are exactly what is needed, but sometimes we will suggest a new treatment if we find another pest problem.

 

Do you offer a free, no-obligation quote upfront?

 

All of the quotes that we give to our customers are 100% free with no obligations. Our word is honest and we will only charge you for the services that are completely relevant to what pest problems you might have at your home or business. We will not charge you for services or use services that are not related to your issue(s).
